xxxxxxxxxx Indian Lake is hidden in the northeast corner of Marion County, on the outskirts of Indianapolis. It's a 60 acre private lake, created in 1928 by damming Indian Creek, a tributary to Fall Creek. Prior to the creation of Geist Reservoir in 1943, Indian Lake was the largest body of water in central Indiana. xxxxxxxxxx
